EUR-ASSIST – Web-based Training System

EUR-ASSIST is the product of the two projects “EIS3 – European Induction System” and “SOLE – Support for SME in their accession to the open labour market in Europe”, which was co-financed by the EU program Leonardo da Vinci.

Challenge
On a highly competitive labor market SMEs are in need of (foreign) employees who quickly and flexibly integrate themselves in the company and master challenges with regard to language, culture and working methods within a short period of time.

Solution
EUR-ASSIST is a multilingual, web-based training program, which turns new employees into productive workers in a very short period of time by means of an integrated process schedule. EUR-ASSIST was designed for all industry sectors, therefor suitable for the initial skill adaption training in all companies.

eLearning modules are the basis of the training program for new employees. On the one hand, the company has got the possibility to create target-oriented job-specific profiles on the basis of generic competencies. On the other hand, the employee can chose the demands for his new job from a number of statements.

With the help of these two components, the job-specific profiles and the statements, the employee receives a number of necessary generic eLearning modules, which shorten the initial training period.

EUR-ASSIST offers company-specific adaptation onto your internal requisites. You can adapt and optimize the system easily and quickly to your needs on the basis of the integrated generic components.
