Technical Support
There are different support levels with varying service coverage and thus varying prices. All prices are valid for a single open-EIS instance, irrespective of the number of hosted products. User support, i.e. support in case of questions and problems concerning the utilization of the systems is not included.
Precondition for closing a long-term support contract is a permission of access to the servers for our support team necessary for the execution of support works.
In case this access cannot be granted support services can be offered according to a ticket model.
The minimum term for a technical support contract is one year.
