Our trade fair system and open-EIS platform convince Messe Berlin!

From now on, the annually more than 34.000 exhibitors, who intend to present their products and services at one of the six internationally leading trade fairs in Berlin, like e.g. the International Green Week Berlin, the ITB, the IFA, the FRUIT LOGISTICA, the InnoTrans as well as the ILA, will use the open-EIS integration platform of the community4you GmbH.
In order to book a stand at one of these fairs or at one of the over 100 regional, national and international events in Europe's biggest Congress Center ICC Berlin, the online trade fair management system of community4you can be used by the exhibitors.

With this software, Messe Berlin now has a centralized solution which maps all exhibitor business processes. Here, the exhibition company relied on community4you's  long-term experience in trade fair management. The companies Messe Frankfurt and the Deutsche Messe in Hanover already use trade fair systems of community4you and successfully manage large international trade fairs in Germany, like e.g. the IAA, the book fair and the CeBIT, with open-EIS based system.

In Berlin, exhibitors are able to register for the numerous fairs as well as to order and configure services for their trade fair presence in a web-shop which is open 24 hours. The system provides them with a permanent overview of their current orders including the latest processing status, like e.g. for the equipment at the stand (furniture, etc.) or for additional services such as communication services, stand security or customs clearance.

The proven, scalable platform offers extensive interfaces to existing systems, like admission, ticket or accounting systems. Thus, the trade fair management system can be optimally integrated into existing IT environments, so that the trade fair company has a complete solution at its command.
Moreover, a connection to the Virtual Market Place® of Messe Berlin is also planned, in order to give exhibitors the opportunity to present them and their products and services optimally as well as to address and inform their target groups from anywhere at any time.
