comm.fleet: An all-in-one solution for complex tasks concerning you fleet of vehicles
The combination of efficient processes together with an optimally integrated fleet management software establishes the necessary business process optimization in your vehicle pool. To meet specific customer requests, transparency, customizability and flexibility are deciding factors. Crucial is also an extensive reporting subsystem that exposes new approaches and provides innovative optimization insights. These and other features are offered by our system comm.fleet, which was developed in cooperation with Hiepler + Partner GmbH.
comm.fleet features enormous advantages: by optimally supporting all business processes our product not only helps you to clearly arrange your pool of vehicles and make it more transparent but also reduces internal operating expenses (time, labor) i.e. your costs. Sophisticated and professional controlling and reporting tools support you in identifying costs and the correlated possible savings; thus provides you with more flexibility for future, strategic emphases. A multitude of standard interfaces assures an unproblematic integration into your system environment and optimal connections to external service providers. The system can adequately map almost every conceivable characteristic of your business processes. Furthermore, the archiving of documents and files for immediate access is possible from numerous environments. Whether for cars, trucks, special and construction vehicles, or a mixed fleet - comm.fleet is individual, well-arranged, future-proof and protects your existing investments. |

Brazilian Trade Show Participation: community4you exhibits at the Intermodal South America in São Paulo
The Intermodal 2010 is South America's leading trade fair for international transport, logistics and cargo handling. From April 6 to April 8, 2010, over 450 exhibitors and 45,000 industry experts gather at an exhibition area of about 28,000 qm.
This year, community4you is going to take part in this trade show for the first time. In focus will be especially the presentation and distribution of our software products for the management of vehicle fleets (comm.fleet / comm.lease) and for the management of trade shows (comm.fair / comm.ticket). The Intermodal South America is a great chance to be able to consult with future customers from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Columbia, Bolivia and Peru on site; as well as to provide them with our technical know-how. |
Other Worldwide Activities: community4you becomes a member of the German-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (AHK)
To be member of a chamber of foreign trade brings about many advantages.
Especially the fact that the Chamber of Commerce can be used as a communication platform, in order to establish networks,
deepen relations and exchange experiences is interesting for us. Furthermore, the chambers dispose of a broadly based pool of
experts as well as of a multitude of professional literature.
For these reasons the AHK in São Paulo with around 1,500 member companies is a first important source of information and contact fair while building-up our distribution network within the internal market Mercosul/Mercosur. This is why community4you is an official member of the German-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce since December 2009. If you are already active on the Brazilian market, looking for a distribution or technology partner or would like to exchange your region-related experiences with us, please contact us here. We are looking forward to your message! |

WebCOACH: Web-based Coaching System on open-EIS SOA Technology
The idea of "WebCOACH" is the re-combination of the open-EIS-based products for learning, competence management and assessment (on the basis of the service-oriented enterprise framework "Hermes"). A reference implementation that is easily extendable and should serve as model for further solutions in the area e-learning, competence management, assessment and coaching. The set goals are, amongst others:
Thanks to Hermes, which represents a performing, transaction-based and flexible SOA architecture for the open-EIS platform, WebCOACH will permit to map single software components for module management, booking, user administration or competence management by means of a service-oriented architecture. Furthermore, the dynamic and transport-independent connections and the utilization of services will be supported by object-oriented as well as document-based XML interfaces. The function "repository" offers a unified possibility for the dynamic search. Hermes supports the separation between presentation layers, open-EIS-specific business processes and their internal communication. By implementing the system the business logic is separated from the User Interface and separated in logical blocks, each matching one use case.
The project is sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Economy and Technology.
