Challenge
In a competitive labour market, companies need foreign workers who can quickly and flexibly familiarize themselves with the company and master language, culture and working methods challenges within a very short time.
Solution
Based on an integrated workflow plan, EUR-ASSIST is a multilingual, web-based induction program that quickly transforms new employees into highly productive ones. EUR-ASSIST was designed to be utilized in all industries and is therefore ideal for the familiarization process in all companies.
E-Learning modules are the basis of the training program for new employees. On the one hand, the company has the opportunity to create job-specific profiles based on generic competencies. At the same time, the new employee can select the requirements for his/her new workplace from a number of statements. In this way, the new employee is provided with generic e-learning modules that make the familiarization process easier and shorter.
By combining e-Learning and face-to-face components with the supervisor, EUR-ASSIST offers an excellent basis for a fast, effective and easy-to-follow training period. EUR-ASSIST offers a company-specific adaptation to all internal operational requirements. Thanks to the integrated generic components, the system can be easily and quickly adapted to specific requirements.
