Also this year, we want to use our December newsletter for a brief summary about the past year and look ahead to 2010.
The year 2009 was clouded by the financial crisis; as it already was the casein 2008. These difficult economic conditions have pressurized especially the IT industry, and because of that, 2009 has been an agitated but stillsuccessful year for community4you GmbH.
Thus, in spite of the mentioned nternational economic disturbances, we have been able to strengthen our market position in Germany and at the same time extend it internationally: Our software framework open-EIS has been in use in different national and European e-business projects and our business and cooperation partnerships on the Latin American market have been expanded. In regard to this region, not only have we concluded agreements with Bolivian universities and companies on the training of IT specialists, but have also launched cooperation talks with ompanies in Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Argentina.
Of course we know that also the coming year will be overshadowed by economic turbulences but we are confident that our company will cope with the economic challenges and is moving towards a much brighter future.
