Recognition for commitment: Software manufacturer community4you honored again
The software manufacturer community4you AG stands out not only for its software products, but also for its commitment to innovation, social causes and sustainability.
For the third time in a row, the company has been nominated for the Grand Prize for Medium-Sized Enterprises in 2024 - a prize awarded by the Oskar Patzelt Foundation for the social role of companies.
The commitment was also noticed by the F.A.Z. Institute that used its social listening method to identify the companies that are mentioned particularly frequently and particularly positively in the media - because of their innovative strength, research and development, ecological, social and economic sustainability. With its positive brand perception, community4you is one of the innovation champions in sustainability.

There is the old football saying: what counts is on the pitch. For us, what happens off the pitch also counts. Because we are convinced that there can be no economic success without the right framework conditions - without satisfied employees, an attractive location, etc. The fact that we think outside our own box is not an option, but rather a mandatory part.
Last year, community4you did, among other things, honor the memory of the late VW CEO Carl Hahn, expand the educational partnership with the Saxony International School and support the Makers United family participation fair as the main sponsor.

We know that many employees volunteer in their free time. We wanted to recognize and promote this commitment. For this purpose, we developed the concept of the employee donation budget together with the Community Foundation for Chemnitz last year. All of our employees can nominate a club once a year to which community4you then donates.
As part of this program, donations were made to 25 associations, including kindergarten and school support associations, sports clubs, donations for animal protection associations, for humanitarian aid, for social purposes and culture.
